PVR's Response Plan to COVID-19

Dear Clients,
These are uncertain times for all of us, but there is one thing you can be certain of today and always – PVR is there for our clients, staff and community.
We have made a few changes that are effective today and until further notice:
OFFICE: Our physical office will be closed. We will be working from home in order to continue to give you the same great service you have become accustomed to.
TRANSCRIPTS: We will continue to produce transcripts (now is a great time to order them since we have lots of time to produce them)! Transcripts will be emailed to you in our certified, secure bundle. Hard copies will follow once we return to the office. If it is urgent you have the hard copy, do get in touch with us and we will make arrangements.
DISCOVERY BOOKINGS: Go ahead and book that discovery, we will be happy to schedule a reporter via videoconference. You can share exhibits and work from your laptop – and we can set you up in just a few minutes. (The videoconference service is currently free for discoveries).
MEDIATION BOOKINGS: Our online meeting platform includes private breakout rooms we can set up for each party. In addition, we will have our staff available during your mediation to assist with any technical challenges that may arise. Mediation rates apply.
INVOICES: Invoices for our services will be sent per usual via email. In order to minimize contact we would greatly appreciate electronic transfers or credit card payments so we may continue to compensate our team in these trying times. Contact us for details to set this up.
We are doing all we can to support our team. Rest assured, we’re encouraging everyone to take all the recommended precautions, including supporting one another virtually. The mental health and wellbeing of our team is paramount, and we are conducting virtual meetings and seminars to keep everyone engaged.
We will continue to keep you updated and provide new information as quickly as possible as we navigate the uncertainty. As we do, we will remain by your side to ensure that we assist you in providing much needed services to the legal community. Thank you for being part of our family.
