IMPORTANT NOTE - REASONS FOR JUDGMENT AND RULINGS DELIVERY TIME
Delivery service options for reasons and rulings are based on the time that PVR produces and delivers the transcript to Court Services. Pursuant to the guidelines set out by Court Services, reporting and transcription firms cannot release drafts to the ordering party(ies). All reasons and rulings MUST be reviewed and approved by the presiding Judge and ordering party(ies) only will receive a copy of the finalized document by regular mail sent directly from the Judge’s office. When a request is confirmed as urgent, Court Services will fax the document to the ordering party(ies) first, and then followed by regular mail. An urgent request, as defined by Court Services, is only when the reasons or ruling is required for appeal or imminent court purposes. Registry pick-up is not available.
